SIRAM final conference

SIRAM final conference took place in Pavia (Italy) on 24^th October 2025. The event was a joint workshop with two other PRIMA projects, BenefitMED (https://www.benefit-med.eu/ ) and PROSIT (https://www.prosit-prima.eu/ ).

The three projects shared the results of the experimental activities carried out in a three-years frame during the Workshop “Root of Resilience: Microbial and Plant Biodiversity in Mediterranean Farming Systems” that was held at the Aula Golgi of University of Pavia, a beautiful historical university room.

The synergy between projects and consortia operating in an agronomic context, integrating disciplines of plant science with socio-economic disciplines and advanced technologies, represents the best way to speed up the achievement of the most ambitious goals.  The knowledge acquired in the frame of the projects BENEFIT-Med, PROSIT and SIRAM was discussed during this fruitful Workshop that hosted Speakers from internationally renowned Institutions such as FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization) and CIHEAM (International Centre for Advanced Mediterranean Agronomic Studies).

The event gathered 45 participants, 30 in presence and 15 online.
