Course about the sustainable use of organic biomass (Catalonia, Spain)

This course is organised by IRTA in the frame of SIRAM and AgriRegenCat projects. It combines theoretical sessions, practical sessions and field visits to delve deeper into the sustainable use of organic biomass in regenerative agriculture.


📅  Dates and timetables:


                • 09/04/2025 – Online sessions (15:00 – 18:30)

                • 29/04/2025 – In person session in Mas Badia (9:30 – 13:00 and 15:00 – 18:30)

                • 21/05/2025 – In person session in Mas Badia (9:30 – 13:00)

                • 21/05/2025 – Visit to a farm with regenerating management (15:00 – 18:30)

                • 05/06/2025 – In person session in Mas Badia (9:30 – 13:00)


📍  Location: In person sessions in Mas Badia and visit to a regenerative farm.

                • Types and characteristics of organic biomasses.

                • Use of biomasses to provide microorganisms to the soil.

                • Synergies between soil work and the contribution of organic materials.

                • Visits to test fields and regenerative farms.
