SIRAM | EVOTROPIA | REGENA Algorithm Business Award

Our SIRAM partner and WP5 Coordinator EVOTROPIA Ecological Finance Architectures participated in the international BEYOND Expo 2025, April 4-6 2025, receiving the 2nd Prize for #REGENA, an integrated #machinelearning tool for Regenerative and Carbon Farming in the Hackathlon organized by THE Athens Startup Business Incubator on smart agriculture solutions in April 6, 2025.

REGENA was initially developed in Deliverable Report 5.1 of SIRAM Regenerative Agriculture project, as economic and financial algorithm for the valuation of regenerative agriculture practices’ composition of Agronomical Practices, Biomasses, Micro-Organisms and Resistant Varieties with pilot plots in 6 Mediterranean countries. Currently, REGENA is evolving into the first major post-SIRAM exploitation result on Regenerative Carbon Farming, forming strategic partnerships with prestigious EU research institutions, expanding in Greek pilots, with new data and areas beyond the Mediterranean to enrich the algorithms’ accuracy.
